IJ10149: RIGHT CLICK LOCK OPTION IN GRAPHICAL ASSIGNMENT DOES NOT LOCK ASSIGNMENT WHEN THERE IS AN APPOINTMENT REQUIRED ON WORK ORDER

APAR status

Error description

• An ifix has broken the right click lock option available in the
  graphical assignment application. When a work order has an
  appointment required option as true and we have used the right
  click to lock the assignment we should not be able to move the
  record to a new date, but we can as of the latest available
  ifix.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create a new work order, place a check mark in the
  appointment required box, add a target start date and a
  duration of 1 hour.
  2. On the plans tab add a labor and craft save.
  3. Copy the work order number and head to the graphical
  assignment application and create a new record.
  4. Add you calendar, shift and in the query section add a new
  row and add your work order number and save.
  5. On the work view tab assign the assignment to a labor.
  6. On the assignment view tab locate the assignment. Once found
  right click and chose the lock option and save, the record is
  now saved.
  7. Right click again and select move to next day, the record is
  moved.
  ACTUAL RESULT:
  When a work order has an
  appointment required option as true and we have used the right
  click to lock the assignment we should not be able to move the
  record to a new date, but we can as of the latest available
  ifix.
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  As per IBM documentation once an appointment is required and
  the assignment is locked we should not be able to move the
  record.
