APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When you have a work order in WMATL status
    and add another material line, Maximo will change the work
    order status to approved if you delete the new material line.
    
    STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    .GO TO >> ADMINISTRATION >> ORGANIZATION
    .Bring up your organization
    .SELECT ACTION >> WORK ORDER OPTIONS >> EDIT RULES
    .Select "WP Materials?" for WMATL status line
    .Click OK
    .GO TO >> WORK ORDERS >> WORK ORDER TRACKING
    .Create a new WO
    .Change status to Approved (APPR)
    .Change status to Waiting Material (WMATL)
    .On Plans tab click on MAterials sub tab
    .Click New Row
    .Enter FIRE-100 as item
    .Save
    .Click New Row
    .Mark the new Row for Delete
    
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Maximo changed the work order status
    from WMATL to APPR.
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULT: Maximo should to keep the same the work order
    status.
