Error description

• PROBLEM:  Create and Cancel buttons missing when creating
  follow up work order
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1)Log in to Work Execution
  2)Select a work order
  3)From the menu bar select create follow-up work order.
  4)If for any reason a dialog appears the Create and Cancel new
  work order buttons will not render
  When you hit create if you get a dialog for example, stating
  that the specified location does not match the
  location of asset Asset xyz. you get the options to hit, Close,
  Yes or No.
  Does not matter what is selected once the dialog is gone the
  option to cancel or create the new work order is missing.
  RESULTS: Can not create or cancel new follow-up work order
  EXPECTED RESULTS:  Have the ability to create follow up work
  order
  PRODUCT VERSION:  Maximo Anywhere 7.6.2.1
