Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    Predecessors not visible when exporting activities to Excel
    from Change / Workorder
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE:  No
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    Need to modify the work order application plans tab to add
    another column as mentioned in the case.
    1. Go to System Configuration / Platform Configuration /
    Application Designer
    2. Select the WOTRACK application
    3. Select the Plans tab
    4. Go to the Tasks for Workorder {0} section
    5. In the tablebody / list section
    a. duplicate the Task field (what they mean is: copy and paste
    the task field)
    b. change the properties of the "duplicated" Task field to
    change the attribute from TASKID to WOACTIVITY.PREDESSORWOS
    6. Save the application definition
    Go to work order tracking application.
    Click New. Go to Plans Tab
    Create task 1. Create Task2 and make task 1 as a predecessor
    for this task 2.
    Without saving anything,  click on download. We can see the
    predecessor values in the excel file fine.
    scenario 2:
    Click New. Go to Plans tab
    Create task 1. Create Task 2. Make task1 as a predecessor of
    task 2. Save. Now click on download. The predecessor values are
    not saved in the excel file. They are blank.
    ADDITIONAL INFO:
    Similar issue seen on ICD 7.6.0.3/TPAE 7.6.0.8 when trying to
    download more than two tasks for a Change - spreadsheet
    downloaded is empty and error messages raised referencing
    /webclient/common/tabledownload.jsp
