IJ08989: GRAPHICAL ASSIGNMENT - ERROR WHEN TOGGLING BETWEEN SCENARIOS AND ERROR ON PUBLISHING

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Graphical Assignment Manager - toggling between scenarios
  causes an error to the screen and errors in the
  SystemOut.log - BMXAT0046E and BMXAT0044E.They also get errors
  when Publishing Scenarios.
  STEPS TO RECREATE:
  1) Go to Graphical Assignment Manager.
  2) Select a Work List, in our case TP8TEST.
  3) Publishing Scenario get an error.
  4) Get an error when toggling between Scenarios (BMXAA4214E
  An unknown error has occurred).
  RESULT:
  SystemOut.log shows BMXAT0046E and BMXAT0044E when toggling
  between scenarios.
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Should be able to toggle and publish without errors.
  ENVIRONMENT:
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.0.9-IFIX20180227-1319
