• Inspections - Mocked : When Inspector tried to add an
  attachment error displays
  
  Reproduce:
  
  1. On a Mocked environment, log in Maximo Lightning as
  Supervisor (Theo) and Create an Inspection Form with questions
  with attachment
  
  2. Log in mocked Maximo Lightning as inspector (Alvin) and
  unscheduled and Inspection and when I try to add an attachment
  error displays :
  
  
  Cannot convert string to ByteString because the character at
  index 4 has value 19968 which is greater than 255.
