APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Login to Work Supervision
    Click on a Work Order card waiting on approval
    Check that the Approve option is docked at the bottom
    Go to Comments tab
    Check that the Approve is not showing
    Go back to Details page and check that the Approve option
    disappeared
    
    
    PS: The same happen if you show the Approve and go back to
    Dashboard page. The button will show the last Approve option
    for the last record opened.
    
    
    Root cause - Condition not handled properly to show footer
    toolbar section.
    Remedy - Except comments tabs, show footer toolbar in every
    tabs on the mobile screen. When user go back to Dashboard page,
    the button no longer displayed.
    

Local fix

  • Tap the screen or scroll and the button will show.
