Error description

• Truncated Task ID in Add Planned task if previous record task
  ID is 5-6 digits long
  
  Steps
  Login as supervisor and create a work order.
  Add a new task with task ID with six digits long as 100020.
  Fill other fields and save the task. Task is saved.
  Click Add task again. Notice the Task ID field for new task.
  
  Expected: New task ID should be completely displayed in the
  field.
  Actual: New task ID is truncated. see snapshot
  
  It has been identified on maximox-5 lightning build.
