APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Desc:-When Problem or Cause is removed after they are
    enter,Failure page is breaking up.
    
    Steps:-
    1. Login in as a Supervisor.
    2.Create a WO.User lands on the WO details page.
    3.Click on Report link on the Failure tile.
    4.User lands on the Failure code page.
    5.Click on the Failure code look up and select the failure code.
    6.Enter Remarks in remarks tab.
    7. Enter the Problem ,cause and Remedy.
    8. Remove the Cause and Remedy should also be removed,as its
    Parent is not defined.
    9. Similarly remove the Problem, Remedy and cause should be
    removed as the Parent Problem is removed.

    Problem : As stated above.
    Cause : When Cause is removed, due to cause object not
    persisted  from DB, remedy is not removed.
    Remedy, Now When cause is removed , removing the remedy first
    and then cause its the hierarchy.

Problem conclusion

  • Now When cause is removed , removing the remedy first and then
