APAR status

Error description

  • [Supervisor] - Assigning Owner Group (lightning) or team (BOTC)
    from WO Details using Assign Owner Group tile is not removing
    Assign Owner button
    
    1. Login to work supervision application using Supervisor role
    2. create a work order.
    3. open this work order Details page, if not opened.
    4. Approve this work order. Assign Owner button displays.
    5. Assign owner group using Assign Owner Group Tile through
    Edit icon/lookup. (Use Team in case of BOTC in stead of Owner
    Group)
    
    expected. - selected owner group should be assigned, Assigned
    should be shown with green mark. and Assign Owner button should
    be removed.
    actual - selected owner group is assigned and Assign Owner
    button is still displayed.

    Problem - As stated above the after assigning the owner group
    the Label Assign Owner is not getting changed Assigned.
    
    Root Cause - When we were choosing in record
    workorderownergroup.persongroup is not there.
    
    Remedy  - We have added workorderownergroup.persongroup into
    the attribute list.
