Error description

  • Steps:
    1. Login to Lightning as Fran
    2. Go to Service Requests
    3. Create a new SR from Describe an issue
    4. Enter a description and click Next
    5. Click on the magnifying glass icon from Select Location field
    6. Verify that a new window in open, type a location name and
    hit enter
    7. Select a location from the results
    8. Click Next and submit the SR
    9. Create another SR
    10. Enter a description and click Next
    11. Click on the magnifying glass icon from Select Location
    field
    12. Verify that a new window in open and this time the location
    selected at step 7 is displayed
    Current Erroneous Result:
    Select location window does not reset/clean
    previous search results
