IJ08140: UNABLE TO INACTIVATE LABOR WHEN WORK ORDER EXISTS IN MULTIPLE SITES

Error description

• Problem details:

  Labor status cannot be set to Inactive when it is assigned to WO
  in COMP status, while the same WONUM exists in multiple sites.
  It is thrown the following error:
  BMXAA2518E - Cannot change status to Inactive because labor
  TEST1 is referenced on an open assignment or work plan

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  =====================
  1. Go To Administration -> Resources -> Labor
  - Create a new Labor: TEST1
  - Craft Tab -> Add Craft: CONSTR
  2. Save the Record
  3. Create a new Work Order 123456 for both MCLEAN and BEDFORD
  site.
  4. Add labor TEST1 to Work Order for MCLEAN site and change the
  status to COMP.
  - Now we have two Work Orders with WONUM='123456', one has WAPPR
  and another has COMP status
  5. Go To Labor Application and bring up labor TEST1
  6. Go to Action -> Change Status -> select 'Inactive' and press
  OK.
  ISSUE: You will get the following error:
  BMXAA2518E - Cannot change status to Inactive because labor
  TEST1 is referenced on an open assignment or work plan
