  Unable to move the time bar to today in Graphical Assignment
  application
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Open the Graphical Assignment application
  2. Create a new work list or select an existing work list.
  Must contain at least one work order with an assignment and the
  schedule date must be other than today or tomorrow.
  3. Select the assignment (from the assignment view) or the work
  order (from the work view)
  4. Right-click and select Move to Today
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: The work order or assignment moves to
  the following day
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: It actually moves to today.
