APAR status

Error description

    PROBLEM:
    When you try to change the status to COMP. You get a message
    saying failure reporting has not been done yet and you cancel
    the status change. Then you click on the failure report tab and
    you get the following error message:
    System Message:
    BMXAA4214E- An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
    system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the
    <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error is
    thrown.
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE: NO
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) Go to Organization application
    Org: EAGLENA
    More Action > Work Order Option > Work Type
    CM - mark "Failure Prompt"
    2) Go to Work Order Tracking application and search an approved
    (APPR) work order with CM work type
    3) Complete work order
    You will get the following message
    BMXAA4547W - There has been no failure report created. If you
    would like to report a failure first, cancel this status change
    and go to the Failure Reporting tab
    OK and Cancel change status action
    4) Go to Failure Reporting tab
    EXPECTED RESULTS: You are able to go to Failure Reporting tab
    and make any changes
    RESULTS: You get the following error message:
    BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
    system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the
    <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error is
    thrown.
