  • PROBLEM Description:
    Manage Downtime History Does Not Allow a Date Change
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. For any asset that is up, from the select action open report
    downtime, while change status is selected, press OK. Confirm
    the check mark is removed from the Asset up field (bottom left
    hand side of page).
    2. Open Manage downtime history and now try and change the date
    to the previous date, press OK, error is shown:
    The Downtime field is either read only or part of the primary
    key. You cannot edit this field. (BMXAA0019) More information
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    That date change would be allowed.
    Click "Edit My Value to change the value you entered or Go Back
    to the value that was there before."
    PRODUCT VERSION:
    Maaximo 7609.
