IJ06078: WORK EXECUTION CRASHES WHEN LONG TAPPING ON THE MAP

Maximo Anywhere 7.6.2.1 Interim Fix 002

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using Maximo Anywhere Work Execution 7.6.2.1 on Android OS
  version 6 and 7, it was observed that the application crashes
  when long tapping on
  the map. This issue requires that routes are disabled in order
  to reproduce the issue.
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  Pre-requisite steps require:
  1. At least 2 Locations and Service Address created and
  referenced in 2 workorders (in order for map to display
  workorder markers).
  2. Offline map .tpk uploaded to Android device & referenced in
  app.xml
  3,  Use Off-line tpk map file after downloading Work List data
  Update the following settings in the worklight.properties file
  (to avoid using routes):
  si.map.esri.username=
  si.map.esri.password=
  ## si.map.esri.routeService=
  Issue steps:
  1. Open WorkExecution Anywhere app and login as a user and
  the Work Order List Screen is then displayed.
  2. Click menu and select Map
  The Map of workorders is displayed.
  3. Press finger anywhere on map for a few seconds... (i.e. 5
  seconds).
  The app crashes.
