Error description
After applying fix for APAR IJ03792 the email role still does not work using workflow. It does work for regular communications. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Create New Workflow (RKWOMAIL) for Workorder object with one task and ORIGINATOR. 2. In the Task Node Notifications section>Go to Communications Templates and insert a new Communication Template for Workorder object. 3. In Send From add WFADMIN In Subject add WO :WONUM In Message add Test 4. Go to Recipients tab and expand the Roles section 5. Go to Roles and add a new Role Role - RKEMAIL Type - EMAILADDRESS Value - your valid email address Save and Return with Value to Recipients tab check To field. 6 Save and make the Commtemplate Active. 7. Return with Value to Workflow Task click Ok and Save. 8. Enable and Activate 9. Go to Work Order tracking and insert new Workorder and click the Start Workflow button and pick your process. 10. No Mail is received. Error in logs [4/19/18 10:30:44:092 EDT] 00000896 SystemOut O 19 Apr 2018 10:30:44:092 [ERROR] [MAXIMOc3] [] Failed to send message. psdi.util.MXApplicationException: BMXAA3604E - Role RKMAIL is an e-mail only role and cannot return person records.
