Error description

  • Workflow designer does not show system message when deleting
    nodes or actions on canvas tab after installing Maximo 7.6.0.9
    
    STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    1) Go to System Configuration > Platform Configuration >
    Workflow Designer
    2) Open a sample Workflow Process
    Process: INC
    Description: Incident Interaction Process
    3) Click Create Process Revision
    4) Click Save
    5) Zoom in the Canvas by clicking the magnifying glass (+) 4x
    6) Drag any node to the canvas tab, for example Condition node
    7) Right click on the node > Delete Condition Node
    8) Notice that there is a gray part on the screen and the
    delete dialog box is not visible on the screen
    9) Go back to List view and hit Enter in the Process text field
    in order to show all Workflow Process
    10) Notice that the gray area is still there. In order to
    remove the gray area, you will need to go back to Start Center
    screen.
    

Local fix

  • Zoom out the screen in order to see the dialog box
