IJ03670: GRAPHICAL ASSIGNMENT HOVER TEXT CHANGED FOR THE WORSE IN 7.6.0.9

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In Graphical Assignment (GA) hover text changed on the
  Assignment View tab from what it was in earlier versions.   And
  the procedure to customize it with a System Property no longer
  works so you cannot change it.   The hover text on the Work
  View tab did not change from earlier versions.
  
  Pre-7.6.0.9 the hover text showed the WO/task Description
  followed by the Craft name in parentheses such as:
  WO Description (CRAFT)
  
  In 7.6.0.9 there is only the Craft name in the hover text.
  
  Tested and reproduced on 7.6.0.9
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a WO or 2 each having a duration and Planned Labor.
  2. Create a new Work List in GA.
  3. Add a Work Query to select the WO from step 1.
  4. Save
  5. Click on the Assignment View tab.    Adjust the screen so
  that the assignments can be seem.    Maybe by clicking on the
  Zoom to Fit button or the Zoom to Work button.
  6. Place the cursor on one of the Assignments  and wait a few
  seconds for the hover text to appear.
  
  This is the problem, it has only the Craftname, not the WO
  Description followed by the Craft in parentheses.
