Error description

  • When you search for Purchase Orders (Pressing the magnifier in
the Search Purchase Order Screen) you get as a result the
correct (e.G. 8) lines display which can be displayed. The
number of lines in the upper right displays in this case for
example 21 lines which will confuse the user.
We are in Function Receive PO's.
First line states 21 lines. The list below has exactly the
number of records you see in the screenprint (8 lines). No
scrolling to see more lines. This is the same in Maximo, in the
mobile App only PO's in status NONE or PARTIAL are show, but 21
lines include all COMPLETED PO's as well.
In the mobile App only PO's in status NONE or PARTIAL are
shown, but 21 lines include all COMPLETED PO's as well. in this
    case for example 21 lines.
This does not reflect the actual which will confuse the user.
I can see a list of records defined by a product standard
    query.
I see for example 8 PO Lines. In the upper right field - where
I expect the number of records currently displayed in the list
independent of the query - I see for example 21.
8 lines are displayed --> In the line count field I see "21" -
    This is confusing.
The Issue is, that the list only shows PO's which have not been
    completely received yet.
    - This is good as is.
The count field counts all PO's independent of there status.
This is the part that is confusing!
    Steps to Replicate:
L2 Maximo Support replicated issue on Anywhere 761 and 762
    1. Open the Transfers and Receiving app.
    2. Choose Receive Purchase Orders
The Search Purchase Orders screen is displayed, allowing you to
enter Purchase Order or use Lookup magnifying Glass icon
    3. Tap lookup icon to see list of downloaded Purchase Orders.
    4. . The list quotes the number of lines in the upper right
i.e. the number 22. The actual number of lines listed is 8
which represents number of Receipts status "NONE" (or PARTIAL
    records.
In Maximo core Recieving application, List tab, the first line
    states 1- 20 of 22 lines.
There is a mixture of Receipts Status: COMPLETED, NONE & PARTIAL
    records, totalling 22 records.
In Maximo Anywhere Transfers and Receiving app, it will only
show the records that have Receipts status : NONE or PARTIAL as
    expected.
The issue is that the in the app, the displayed lines indicator
is inaccurate at the top right hand side of screen, the number
of total Receipts lines is displayed as 22 ( which is all
Receipts in COMPLETED, NONE & PARTIAL) instead of the actual
    NONE & PARTIAL Receipts total.
In another Maximo 7608 environment (Anywhere 762) , it still
gave incorrect PO lines displayed in app but the other way
round. Anywhere app displayed 129 PO's when in Maximo core it
    was only total 65 POs.
