Error description

• Steps to reproduce issue in Maximo 7.6.0.9 with Scheduler 7.6.7:
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  Before testing Open Graphical Scheduling, open configure Gantt
  View Properties, default settings. Under the system properties
  section, make sure that PCTASKCOMP, PCACTHRS and PCPHYS are
  selected.
  
  1) Create a new work order
  
  2) Add 5 tasks to the work order:
  10: 2 hours
  20: 1 hours
  30: 1.5 hours
  40: 4 hours
  50: 2 hours
  
  3) Set task 20 to COMP by changing it's status under the task
  section.
  
  4) Create a new scheduler record, add shift and calendar as
  needed, add the new work order created earlier.
  
  5) On the Schedule tab, select the More information sub tab
  change the percent complete method so that it uses TASK
  
  6) Calculate % complete
  
  Open the Graphical View tab, since task 20 is complete it
  should show 100 % and there should be a percentage rolled up to
  the work order header, that did not happen in this case.
