Error description
Steps to reproduce: First check in Orangizations, Inventory Options, Inventory Defaults to make sure that Automatically create usage documents for new reservations? is checked. 1. Create a work order Location: Needham a. On the Plans tab > Materials sub tab, added the below items: Item: XMP-9500 Qty: 4 Storeroom: Central Item: VS-48 Qty: 1 Storeroom: Central Item: 61503 Qty: 1 Storeroom: Central Item: GLOVES Qty:4 Storeroom: Central Item: XMP-4200 Qty: 2 Storeroom: Central 2. Save and APPR 3. Go to Inventory Usage application 4. Go to Advance Search a. Filter WO created above and Status: ENTERED 5. Select Action > Add/Modify Reservations a. Filter for the Work Order Item: XMP-9500 - mark as delete Item: VS-48 - mark as delete Item: GLOVES - mark as delete b. Then unmark the below items Item: XMP-9500 - undo delete by clicking on the trash can Item: VS-48 - undo delete by clicking on the trash can 6. Click OK 7. Go to Start Center 8. Come back again to Inventory Usage application 9. Go to Advance Search 10. Filter WO created above and Status: ENTERED Inventory Usage record opens, you will see Inventory Usage records still shows the deleted Inventory Reservations. The Item GLOVES is still showing that was deleted. The Inventory Usage record should match what is seen in the Add/Modify Reservations. Note: If you just delete one item and do nothing to the other items and check the Inventory Usage record after returning from any where else (example: Start Center) the deleted Item is not showing on the Usage Lines.
