Error description

  • STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
To be able to reproduce the issue we will first need 2 work
    orders.

    1. Create a new work order add a location, scroll down to the
Scheduling information section and add a target Start and
Target Finish date in the near future, add a duration of 15:00.

    2. Hyper link over to the job plans application as we will need
to create a new job plan to use with this.

    3. In the Job Plans application add an Organization but leave
site blank. We will now add 3 task, task 10, 20, 30, give each
task a duration of 5 hours.

    4. For each task, add a labor line associate a task to a labor
entry making sure to list a craft for each task. In the end we
shall have 3 task with each task being referenced on a labor
line that has a craft. Approve the job plan and return to the
    work order tracking application.

    5. Save the work order and duplicate the work order. Make sure
to duplicate the work order with its task. We will need to add
the scheduling information back to the work order as well as
the duration will be needed. Save.

    6. Move back to the first work order created and move to the
plans tab, we will take task 20 and make task 10 its
    predecessor.

    7. For task 3, we want the predecessor from the 2nd work order
to be its predecessor. Use the Select More Work Records button
and filter for that work order, you will see the task from that
work order on screen. Select the 2nd task from the 2nd work
order to be its predecessor, press OK until you return to the
plans tab. Open the select predecessors field once again,
notice that the predecessor we just set up is not showing.
