APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When receiving a Purchase Order (PO) with multiple lines it is
  possible to retransmit the same PO multiple times and all
  multiple bookings are processed in Maximo.
  It looks like the transmission of the receipt is processed
  asynchrony and even the same user has the possibility to
  receive the same PO lines of a PO multiple times. This is
  booked in Maximo in several receives and the stock at the end
  is incorrect.
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  Cannot replicate on Anywhere 761 and 762.
  Reproduced on 7.6.2.1 on device without issue.
  1.  Create a PO,  add a couple items, the details aren't
  important,  I used 560-00 for a quantity of 1 and 0-0031 for a
  quantity of 2
  2.  Ensure to assign a storeroom for the items (central)
  andapprove the PO.
  3.  Log in to the Transfers application for Maximo Anywhere
  4.  Select receive PO and search for your PO.
  5.  Click receive PO,  do this quickly before the button goes
  gray,  I was able to hit it twice.
  6.  Log in to Maximo and check the receipts for your PO.
  I end up with 4 receipt lines instead of two.
  560-00 I had two receipts for a quantity of one
  0-0031 I had two receipts for a quantity of two.
  I should of had a single receipt for each line for their proper
  quantities,  I end up paying for double the materials I ordered.
