IJ02709: REFRESH DOES NOT WORK WHEN THE SCHEDULE DATE IS DELETED ON A WORK ORDER OR TASK

Error description

  • The problem :  Refresh does not work when the Schedule date is
    deleted on a work order or task
    
    Version : 7608 IFIX005
    
    Steps to replicate.
    1) Create a WO with target date of Dec 19 - future 10am for
    both start and end - dur 4 hrs
    2) Go to Plans/Labor - Add craft:ELECT with 1qty, 4hr.
       or Go to Assignment Tab -  Add craft:ELECT with 1qty, 4hr.
    3) Go to Graphical Assignment applicaiton
    -  Create a work list for this WO
    - Assignment view will show it as starting at target start( Dec
    19 ) for 4 hours
    - now assign it to someone on the 18th 7am
    - save
    
    4) Go to the WO
      You can see that sched dates and assignment dates are set
    with 18th 7am.
    
      Now.remove the sched dates and assignment dates that were
    filled in for you - save WO
    
    5) Go back to worklist - refresh
       it should go back to the 19th but it does not.Still 18th.
       ( WRONG !)
    
    p.s : Duplicate worklist,,  It shows 19th.
    
    
    Another case: without assignment,
    1) reate a WO with target date of Dec 18 - future 10am for both
    start and end    and  with sched date of Dec 19 10 am.
    assignment.
    2) Go to Plans/Labor - Add craft:ELECT with 1qty, 4hr.
       or Go to Assignment Tab -  Add craft:ELECT with 1qty, 4hr.
    3) Go to Graphical Assignment applicaiton
    -  Create a work list for this WO
     - Assignment view will show it as starting at schedule start
    (19. DEC ) for 4 hours
     - now, Go to WO  -  remove schedule date
    -  come back to GA.. refresh.. it should be shown as  18 of
    DEC..  But. 19 of DEC..
