Error description

  • When you print the Gantt View on Chrome the first time it works
    just fine.    When you print a second time when you click OK
    you get a new tab that says, "Generating report for printing..."
    
    Sometimes it proceeds to the report page but it is completely
    empty and sometimes it just stays on the Generating report page.
    
    Either way is no good.     This works correctly on Firefox, you
    can print as many times in a row as you wish.
    
    Reproduced on 7.6.0.9 and on 7.6.0.8.
    
    Need to test the other Scheduler apps.
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Using Chrome go to Graphical Scheduling.
    2. Open any Schedule and go to the Gantt View tab
    3. Using the Print Grid button that looks like a printer open
    the Select Columns to Print dialog.
    4. Make whatever changes you wish to make on the dialog and
    click OK.
    5. The Generating report page opens and quickly you see the
    report and it changes to a page with printer options and a
    Print and a Cancel button.   This is the correct behavior.
    6. Cancel the report.
    7. Use the Print Grid button again, now the Generating report
    page opens and sometimes never goes away.   Sometimes it is
    replaced by the page with the printer options but the right
    side that shows the report is now totally blank.

  • Logout and log back in
