    STEPS TO RECREATE:
    1. Go to Service Requests/Incidents application
    2. Tab to related records
    3. Do a search by typing text in the box for "search for
    tickets"
    4. Only the open tickets are returned
    
    From the logfiles I see historyflag = 0 when querying
    ticketstatus domain. Query returns only open records.
