Error description

  • ERROR DESCRIPTION:
    When returning item for desktop requisition, get error on
    device INVENTORY#CANNOTISSUEMOREMRCOMPLETE.
    PROBLEM:
    Unable to return item from Anywhere in Issues and Returns
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE:
    No
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    How it works in the UI.
    -Create the desktop requisition (MR), apply it to a work order
    and add
    a requisition line item.  MR status = APPR.
    -From here, go to Inventory Usage and create new one. Select
    store room
    from MR line, select the RESERVED ITEMS from the workorder
    referenced
    in the MR. Save the Inventory Usage(IU). MR Status = APPR. IU =
    ENTERED.
    -Complete the IU. IU = COMPLETE. MR = CLOSED.
    -Check the work order and you will see under Actuals ->
    Material tab
    that it has a reserved line added for the item.
    --------ISSUE COMPLETE------
    --------START RETURN--------
    -Go to Inventory Usage. Create a new Inventory Usage, select
    storeroom
    (Same as previous). Select Items for RETURN and choose the item
    from
    the work order. IU = ENTERED.
    -Complete the new IU. IU = COMPLETE. Work order Actuals ->
    Material tab
    shows line for item return.
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    Get error when returning item in Anywhere app. Item does not
    return.
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Item to return, similar to desktop function.
    ADDITIONAL INFO:
    Logic in IssuesReturns app needs to match for desktop.
    ENVIRONMENT (SYSTEM INFO):
    TPAE 7608
    Anywhere 7.6.2
    LOCAL FIX:
    Complete return on desktop.

  • Return item on desktop version of Maximo.
