Error description

  • REPRODUCTION STEPS
    1) Navigate to Licence Usage Monitor Application
    2) Click on New Licence
    3) Give the licence a name and select product name
    IBM Maximo Asset Management
    4) Select a Licence Type (e.g. Authorized)
    5) Add some Purchase Details (Purchased By, Purchased Date,
    Quantity)
    6) Change the status to Active
    7) Click on Data Collection, set a schedule and activate the
    cron task
    8) Wait for the cron task to run
    INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR:
    Users who have authorisations for applications which match a
    licence are not shown as licenced
