Error description

  • During clean up of damaged objects on the Tivoli Storage Manager
server, the Tivoli Storage Manager support might advise to use
the undocumented "delete object" command with the "force=yes"
    option.
Under some rare conditions, this command might lead to a crash
of the Tivoli Storage Manager server when deleting objects
stored in a disk pool, a deduplicated pool, or if the object
    spans media for sequential media.

    Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
The actlog will show the following messages around the time the
    crash occurs:

    * tbDelete to delete all afsg entries of that object, if *
    * previous entry is not found, the tbDelete returns *
    * TBRC_KEY_NOT_FOUND, the tbrow will be freed, in case of *
    * force mode, it will continue the loop to delete next entry, *
    * instead of return, then server will pkAbort when call *
    * tbSetInt32 on the freed NULL tbrow. *
