Local fix
Remove workspace directory can make notes launching temporarily. Issue comes back next day. IBM would like more data to diagnose this issue including logs. One idea: It is possible (in a Citrix) environment that a cache get out of sync, so may consider to try resetting the JVM and RDS cache for this Citrix environment. If they are not initialized correctly, it could create a problem of NoClassFoundError. Assuming the Cache files are shared among all users, you will need to reference the Citrix setup documentation. The rough idea is to: -Using a ID that has R/W privilege, delete the JVM cache file and the RDS cache file.... [Notes data path]\data\workspace\.config\org.eclipse.osgi\RDSCache.xpd and C24*_xpdplat_.jvm_G08 (like C240D2A32P_xpdplat_.jvm_G08). -startup up notes in normal fashion, run a few common functions, close notes -repeat at least 2 more times to burn in the caches
