Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager node replication feature
  may fail with:
  "ANR9999D_1214074794 bfProcessDedupChunk(bfddedup.c:1797)
  Thread<22>: Amount
  of data received (41984) does not match expected (40960)"
  -and-
  "ANR0441W Protocol error on session 22582 for node NAS_NODE
  (Windows) - invalid data length received.~"
  messages on the Target Replication Server(TRS) for deduplicated
  NAS images.

Local fix

• Either set the ENABLENASDEDUP option to NO or avoid node
  replication for deduplicated NAS images until a fix is
  available.

Problem conclusion

• This problem was fixed.
  Affected platforms:  AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, Linux, and Windows.
  
  This new message is introduced with this APAR:
  ANR3639I <command>: A deduplicated NAS backup image for
  node <node name>, file space <file space> was skipped.
  Explanation: The server command has determined that a
  NAS backup image is not eligible for processing because
  the image or one of its dependent files is stored or
  had been stored in a deduplicated storage pool.
  System action: The processing continues.
  User response: No action is required.
