An SQL Data Source object, under high load when it encounters network errors, might switches between Up and Down-Pending state as long as load is applied to the object. The object remains in this state until disabled and re-enabled.
Disable and enable the SQL Data Source object.
Affected is use of an Oracle database. A SQL data source remains down after the box has experienced a connection problem.
