Error description

  • When using the DEFINE VOLUME command and defining a DISK
    volume with a size greater than 8 TB the following message
      will be seen:
    
        ANR9999D_2926469880 bvCreate(bv.c:234) Thread<XXXX>:
          Invalid capacity (-1610612737)
    
      This issue is caused by a data overflow. The variable
      holding the volume size value is defined as a 32 bit
      integer data type, which has a maximum allowed value of
      2,147,483,647.
