Error description

  • When multiple select queries are issued simultanously from the
    EVENTS table, it intermittently return less rows than matches
    the criteria, sometimes no match found.
    
    TEPS is populated by select queries from the events table,
    therefore when looking at administrative and client schedules
    in TEPS, the results are intermittently missing some of the
    schedule entries. This means that the number of entries reported
    is lower than the actual number of scheduled events.
    
    The schedules that are missing in TEPS will also be missing from
    
    any Cognos reports based on data from KSK_SCHEDULE.
    Versions Affected: 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 on all platforms

Local fix

  • For queries run manually, run them sequentially, not
    simultanously.
    
    Use the Administration Center or the QUERY EVENT command to get
    the results from schedules.
