Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager V6 Information Center includes a
  topic named "Reducing the size of the database." See:

  If this procedure is followed, the size of the database is not
  reduced. To reduce database size, the DB2 ALTER TABLESPACE
  command should be used, as described in the Releasing Space to
  the Operating System section of  Technote 1452146:

  If this doesn't release enough space, follow the instructions
  in the OffLine Reorganization section of the Technote, then
  follow the instructions in the Releasing Space to the Operating
  System section. Also please note that if your server was
  originally formatted with Tivoli Storage Manager Server version
  6.1, there are limitations to reducing the size of the database
  as documented in the Technote.
