Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager client may crash when processing the
  SystemState.

  This problem can occur if the Tivoli Storage Manager LVSA is
  installed although it is not being used:

Local fix

• Remove LVSA (logical volume snapshot agent) by starting the
  Client install and selecting Modify.
  
  Alternatively, upgrading to Client 6.4.0 or later will also
  remove LVSA as this feature has been removed starting at 6.4.
