When the Spanish ('es') or Brazilian Portuguese ('pt_BR') languages are enabled and the browser used to access the DataPower appliance WebGUI has the default language set to one of those languages, you might not see 'en' as an option for the System Locale property in the System Settings.
DataPower users accessing the WebGUI with the browser language and the DataPower system locale set to Spanish (es) or Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) may not see 'en' as one of the options for setting the system locale.
