Error description

• "dsmadmc -display=table" process of command "query schedule" has
  no response when tivoli storage server's locale is ja_JP.utf8.
  
  <Example>
     1. set "LANGuage ja_JP.utf8" in dsmserv.opt and restart
        dsmserv process.
     2. export LANG=ja_JP.utf8
     3. dsmadmc -display=table
     4. query schedule
     5. try to input "C" to cancel the standard output of
        "query schedule".
     6. Dsmadmc process has no response.
  
  If tivoli storage server's locale is ja_JP, this phenomenon does
  not occur.
  This phenomenon occurs only if tivoli storage server's locale is
  ja_JP.utf8.
  
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:
  TSM 6.1, TSM 6.2 and TSM 6.3 Storage Server when ja_JP.utf8
  locale is used.
