Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager server can abort when canceling
  a client session completing a no-query-restore (NQR) with the
  administrative CANCEL SESSION command.
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
  A failing callstack similar to the following can be extracted
  from the resulting core dump:
  
    pthread_kill()

    pkAbort()
    TrapSyncError()
    pkAcquireMutexTracked()
    NotifySessions()
    ImBuildRestoreObjectsThread()

  A message similar to the following can be recorded in the
  dsmserv.err log file:
  
    01/02/2013 01:02:03  ANR9999D Mutex acquisition failure,
                         errno=22 from imnqr.c.12424; thread
                         1 (tid XXXX).
    01/02/2013 01:02:03  ANR7838S Server operation terminated.

Local fix

• Do not issue the CANCEL SESSION command against an in-progress
  no-query-restore session.
