Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager server AUDIT VOLUME process fails
  with ANR9999D error messages, when the date value in the
  FROMDATE parameter is in the future. The date specified should
  result in a syntax error but the ANR9999D message needs to be
  replaced with a regular message.

  The command was run here on 05/12/2013:
