IC92151: CLIENT CONNECTION HANGS WHEN ON-ERROR ACTION CAUSES PROCESSING TO CONTINUE AFTER A FAILED TIBCO LOG ACTION

When a TIBCO server used to log transactional data (Log action) goes down, the transaction might hang and possibly cause the client to wait indefinitely. This might occur when an On-Error action with the error mode of "continue" is placed prior to the Log action.
Affected are configurations with multistep policies using rules with LOG action that accesses a remote URL. In cases when there is an immediate failure connecting to the URL specified in the log action, the transaction might hang.
