Message duration monitors, unlike message count monitors, do not reset when statistics collection is disabled in the domain.
Local fix
Restart domain to reset message duration monitors.
Problem summary
After the statistics setting is disabled, the 'message-counts' status provider displays a total message count of zero, but the 'message-durations' status provider continues to display a prior non-zero message count value.
Problem conclusion
