Problem conclusion
THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN CATIA Additional Closure Information: Incident Diagnosis: While opening CATPart document with AL2 license, it gives warning message of missing AbaqusMaterial catalog. Reason: The CATPart document contains material which has Abaqus material in it. While loading the CATPart it tries to create Abaqus material feature which is there in the document. For creating material feature it needs Catalog. But with available license the catalog is not present. So there is warning while opening such document. By-Pass: The issue is not blocking so we can ignore the message.
