APAR Error Description / Circumvention

In the SCW, on the Contact Information panel, there is a check
box to have the contact e-mail added to the problem notification
list so that the contact person receives notifications.
However, the contact e-mail was not being added to the
notification list.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE36161 :
-----------------------------
The fix will be made to add the contact e-mail to the problem
notification list if this option is checked during the SCW.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE36161 :
--------------------------------
The contact e-mail can be manually added to the notification
list using the 'Problem notification settings' task from the
System panel.


DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SE36309 :
-----------------------------------------------
When authentication fails retrieving the CPT file, the message
BBP41619 is posted to the message center. This message is posted
everytime the retrieval fails instead of a frequency being
updated. This could result in many of the same messages in the
message center.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE36309 :
-----------------------------
This PTF fixes the problem described above.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SE36310 :
-----------------------------------------------
The administrator created during SCW is not added to the problem
notification list.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE36310 :
-----------------------------
The fix will be made so that the administrator created during
SCW is added to the problem notification list.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE36310 :
--------------------------------
The administrator's e-mail can be manually added to the problem
notification list.  This can be done using the 'Problem
notification settings' link from the System tab.
