Upgrade RACFVM640, Subset 1901RSU:


   This subset contains service recommendation information for z/VM
   VERSION 6, RELEASE 4 MODIFICATION 0 specific to the installation of
   the RSU tape.  Service recommendations for all product components
   listed in this subset.  Be sure to refer to the RSU subset that
   matches the service level of the RSU tape that is to be installed.
   PTF service listed in this subset should be applied after the RSU
   tape has been loaded.

   After the date that this subset is no longer supported, it is
   recommended that the latest RSU and corresponding subset be use
   when applying new levels of service.

   If you are a SoftwareXcel customer and choose not to use the
   latest RSU, you can search on HIPER and the applicable component
   identifiers (ie COMPONENT ID and RELEASE) to determine the
   recommended service that should be ordered.

General Information

 This section contains general information, i.e. SYSGEN hints/tips.

1. 21/03/10  This RSU contains PTF UV61335 (APAR VM65930 ) which updates
             the RACF templates. When installing this RSU, the following
             message will be received during SERVICE command processing:
             VMFSRV1220W The RACF database templates must be updated.
                        Follow the instructions in the RACF Security
                        Server System Programmer's Guide.
             PTF UV61335 first shipped in March 2017. If you have
             service  and, thus, have already run
             RACFCONV to update the RACF templates, message VMFSRV1220W
             received during the installation of this RSU can be ignored
             and RACFCONV does NOT need to be run again.
             To determine if PTF UV61335 (APAR VM65930) is already in
             production, please do the following prior to installing
             this RSU:
             From the MAINT640 userid, invoke the command
             SERVICE RACF STATUS VM65930
             to query the status of APAR VM65930.
             If APAR VM65930 has already been put into production,
             you'll see message VMFSRV1226I similar to:
             VMFSRV1226I    RECEIVED  mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss
             VMFSRV1226I    APPLIED   mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss
             VMFSRV1226I    BUILT     mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss
             VMFSRV1226I    PUT2PROD  mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss systemid
             This message indicates PTF UV61335 is already in
             production, and, thus, the VMFSRV1220W message can be
             ignored and RACFCONF does NOT need to be run during the
             installation of this RSU.
             However, if APAR VM65930 has not already been put into
             production, you'll see message VMFSRV1227I:
             VMFSRV1227I VM65930 is not received or applied to RACF
             (6VMRAC40%RACF)
             This message indicates PTF UV61335 is not already in
             production, and, thus, the VMFSRV1220W message can NOT be
             ignored and RACFCONV must be run during the installation of
             this RSU.  RACFCONV must be manually run between running
             SERVICE and PUT2PROD. Run the RACFCONV utility on the
             RACMAINT userid to update the primary and backup RACF
             database. If running in a multi member SSI environment,
             additional steps are provided in APAR VM65930:
