  This New Function shall be considered part of the "Program"
  with which it is associated, and its use is subject to the
  license terms that govern the Program, as set forth in the
  ICA,CRA, or equivalent agreement between you and IBM.
  
  z/OS DFSMS V2R2 and above has been enhanced to support the
  TS7700 as an object storage target.  This enhancement allows
  data to be migrated from a DS8000 directly to a TS7700 and
  recalled from a TS7700 directly to a DS8000. It also defines
  a new provider type in the SMS cloud network connection
  configuration.
  
  Exploitation of this new function on the D/T2107 and D/T3957
  storage systems require this PTF and microcode (LMC) upgrades.
  For minimum microcode levels and current maintenance required
  to exploit this new function, refer to the Technical
  
  Information section of announcement letter ENUS119-063 and
  ENUSZG19-0099 which can be located by using the following

• This PTF provides support in DFSMS transparent cloud tiering to
  use the TS7700 as an object storage target. Data can be migrated
  from a DS8000 directly to a TS7700 and recalled from a TS7700
  directly to a DS8000.  It also defines a new provider type in
  the SMS cloud/network connection configuration.
  
  To enable this support, you must install the appropriate PTF
  for this APAR OAxxxxx along with all other PTFs required during
  the installation of OA58221 PTF.
