Error description

  • When a force sync is done between a NIM master and alternate
master, errors are generated in the errpt showing that nimesis
cannot be restarted. Customers monitoring the error log should
not have to decipher these errors since a successful sync will
guarantee that nimesis is active.

cannot be restarted. Customers monitoring the error log should
not have to decipher these errors since a successful sync will
guarantee that nimesis is active.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Remove any invalid error log entries upon successful sync of
the NIM masters.  In addition, remove any nimesis service calls
that are premature of having valid data restored on the master.
