Error description

  • Sometimes multisite_connection_monitor process will be
    seen to use large amounts of CPU cycles. The cause is
    that the process received a signal, for example this
    command - kill <multisite_connection_monitor_PID>.

  • Excessive cpu usage by multisite_connection_monitor kernel
    process
    

Problem conclusion

  • Switched wakeup mechanism of multisite_connection_monitor from
    signals to events.
