APAR status

Error description

  • Mirror pool strictness is broken if chvg -g  is run to
    increase Volume Group size after increasing the LUN size.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • chvg -g will reset the mirror pool strictness setting to
    default value of off.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Correct code so that chvg -g preserves the mirror pool
    strictness setting.
